Q: What products can be customized?

A: Once you choose your preferred material, we can customize any shape - your logo, your design, your colors, animals, boats, cars and more. A: As many as you need. Our professional color master matches colors according to international Pantone (PMS) numbers.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design. Unit price varies with size, number of colors and complexity.

Q: Can you make my design for the product?

A: Yes. OEM design is acceptable - our professional design team will assist in designing a perfect and cost-effective product.

Q: How can I make my design?

A: Send your idea as AI, CDR, EPS or PDF files. Our designer will build a 3D model and send you the artwork for approval, then we start tooling.

Q: How long to make the sample with my design?

A: We will evaluate the exact time in advance. Sample time is about 7-10 days once the artwork is confirmed.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: Standard lead time is 7-15 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity. We will confirm the exact schedule before you place the order.

Q: Terms & Conditions?

A: Payment: 30% deposit by T/T in advance. After photos confirm all goods and packing, the 70% balance is due before shipment.
