1. Ordering & MOQ

1.What is the MOQ for custom silicone figures?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For simple items like keychains and fridge magnets we can sometimes go lower — send us your artwork and quantity and we will check.

2. Can I mix different designs in one order?
Yes. The MOQ applies per design, so you can order 100 pieces each of Various  different styles in one shipment.

3. Do you accept small trial orders?
We do. A 100–300 piece trial run is a common way for new clients to test a market before committing to a larger campaign.

4. Can I reorder the same item later?
Yes. We keep your mold and color formula on file for 36 months, so reorders skip the tooling step and move faster.
5.Silicone vs PVC: which is better for promotional keychains?
Our recommendation: pick soft PVC for mascot keychains, detailed logo shapes, cartoon characters and large giveaway runs where unit cost matters most. Pick silicone for premium corporate gifts, lifestyle and kitchen brands, or any campaign where you want to highlight food-grade and eco-friendly materials.

2. Design & Sampling

5. Do you provide 3D design service?
Yes, and it is free. Send us a logo, a photo or even a hand-drawn sketch and our design team will build a 3D model so you can see the shape before any tooling starts.

6. What file formats do you need?
Vector files are best: AI, EPS, PDF or CDR. High-resolution PSD or JPG also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference photo, we can work from that.

7. Can you match our brand color exactly?
Yes. We mix pigment into the raw material to match your Pantone (PMS) reference. Because the color runs through the material rather than sitting on the surface, it stays consistent in production and does not rub off.

8. How long does sampling take, and is the sample free?
Sampling usually takes 3-5 days after the 3D model is approved. Stock samples are free (you cover courier cost); a custom molded sample carries a tooling/sample charge.

9. Will I see the sample before mass production?
Always. We send photos first, then ship the physical sample for your confirmation of shape, color and structure.

10. Can you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. We regularly sign NDAs with brand owners and are happy to do so before you send artwork.

3. Production & Lead Time

11. What is your production lead time?
Typically 7-15 days after sample approval, depending on the item complexity, quantity and the season. Simple PVC keychains sit at the short end; power banks and Bluetooth speakers with custom housings take longer.

12. When does production start?
We schedule production once the deposit is received and the sample is approved. For in-stock standard items, we can arrange shipment immediately after payment.

13. Can you handle urgent orders?
Sometimes. Tell us your deadline up front — if we have capacity we will compress the schedule or suggest a simpler construction that can be produced faster.

14. What happens during Chinese New Year or peak season?
Lead times extend. We publish our holiday schedule in advance and recommend placing orders 3–4 weeks earlier than usual from December to February.

4. Materials & Quality

15. What materials do you work with?
Mainly soft PVC, rubber and food-grade silicone. Each project is matched to the material that best suits the shape, the touch you want and the budget.

16. Are your materials safe and tested?
We use non-toxic raw materials and can arrange third-party testing on request. Let us know your target market and we will confirm the applicable standard.

17. What logo techniques do you offer?
Raised (embossed) or recessed (debossed) molding, multi-color filling, printing, laser engraving and epoxy doming — depending on the product.

18. How do you control quality?
Incoming material check, in-process inspection during molding and assembly, and a final AQL inspection before packing. Photos of the finished batch are sent before shipment.

19. What if there is a defect?
Report it within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will remake the affected quantity or credit it against your next order.

5. Payment & Shipping

20. What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, by T/T bank transfer. Sample fees and small orders can be paid by PayPal ，pinpong or Western Union.

21. Which shipping methods do you use?
We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT for express, and arrange air or sea freight for larger shipments. You are welcome to nominate your own forwarder — we will deliver to their warehouse in China.

22. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We currently export to more than 50 countries, with strong experience in Latin America, Europe and North America.

23. Can you handle customs documents?
Yes. We prepare commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and can assist with any additional documentation your country requires.

24. Do you offer custom packaging?
We do — individual polybags, printed header cards, gift boxes and retail packaging can all be produced to your artwork. Tell us the packaging style and we will quote it.

6. About Us

25. What do you actually manufacture?
We are a factory, not a trading company: 20+ years in custom promotional gifts, a 1,500 m² facility in Dongguan and 200+ staff, covering design, tooling, molding and assembly in house.

26. Do you do OEM and ODM?
Both. OEM means we produce to your design; ODM means you pick from our existing molds and we apply your branding. If you have an idea that does not exist yet, send it to us.

27. What products can you customize?
PVC and silicone keychains, bag tags, fridge magnets, power bank housings, shaped USB drives, Bluetooth speaker covers, water bottle lids and cup covers, and other small molded items.

28. How do I start a project?
Send us your artwork, quantity and target date. We will come back with a free 3D design and a quote, usually within one business day.
